has again been ranked the #1 hotel in Portsmouth by TripAdvisor,
Inc. The 6th most popular travel website worldwide.
TripAdvisor.com provides a comprehensive travel search engine to
help consumers research travel plans via the web. Properties worldwide
are rated based on data from four sources: guidebook, travel articles,
user reviews and web comments. The Port Inn is consistently ranked
in the top five hotels in the State of New Hampshire, and has been
ranked the #1 hotel in Portsmouth for the past three years.
"We believe that our ongoing commitment to improving guest
comforts...like mini kitchens, high-speed internet and even down
pillows has a significant impact on our high repeat guest performance...but
the personal attention and recognition that our guests receive makes
the big difference. We hear it over and over again." MacDonald

access in all our guest rooms. No more slow dial up connections that
cost you money, now you instantly connect for free. Note: All rooms
are equipped with both wired and wireless high speed access. We have
also added a work station in the lobby with a pay to access computer
for those traveling without their laptops. |

AAA Three Diamond Rating achieved |

The Port Inn received a Three Diamond
Rating from the American Automobile Association.
Comments taken from the evaluation form by the AAA representative
included "the renovated guest rooms and bathrooms look terrific
with the granite countertop, added amenities, plush softgoods, comfortable
seating, upscale bedding and oversized television", "Nice
attention to details with the soap package, micro/refigerator, and
closet areas", and "Very good housekeeping and maintenance". |

Renovations |

We've completed the renovation of our
studio rooms. These rooms come with complete mini-kitchens and include
a combination microwave and convection oven, cooktop, refrigerator,
coffee maker, and toaster. The rooms are decorated in a warm mix of
gold, burgundy, and yellow, accented by traditional patterns and fabrics.
Other special touches in the room include full length mirrors, two
pillow choices; down/feather or foam, and new plush top quilted mattresses.
We have also completed the renovation of the rooms in the front courtyard
area of the main building. These rooms are decorated in a similar
manner as the studios. We have expanded and remodeled the bathrooms.
These new bathrooms feature granite shower walls and vanities. |

| Located adjacent to the pool area, we've
provided a quiet spot to barbeque or picnic. Two charcoal grills are
available for guest use. |
